Dr. Imri Atlas

Imri Atlas is a postdoctoral fellow at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His research focuses on the conceptualization and pedagogy of the Nature of Engineering (NOE).

He holds a Ph.D. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, a M.Sc. in Energy Engineering, and a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Mechanical Engineering, all from the Technion. His doctoral research centered on mathematical modeling, transport theory, and thermodynamics of desalination fuel cells and electrodialysis systems.

In parallel with his research, Imri is pursuing a teaching certificate in physics through the Views Program at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology. His practicum is conducted at the Hebrew Reali School of Haifa.
