Tamar Ginzburg
Tamar is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion. Her research focuses on precollege engineering education and the theorization of the nature of engineering.
Tamar received her B.A. degree in economics and Arabic language and literature from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude), MBA degree in marketing and strategy from Vanderbilt University (Beta Sigma), and MSc degree in Education in Science and Technology (summa cum laude) from the Technion. The focus of her master’s was cross-cultural learning communities, while relying on technology to enable connections between learners from different cultures and different countries.
In the past, Tamar worked in financial banking and as a marketing research analyst. These days she is a full-time student focusing on her research, and a teaching assistant at the faculty in undergraduate and graduate courses.
