Sigal is a PhD student in the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology at the Technion. Sigal earned her M.A. with honors from Tel-Aviv University, School of Education, in Communication and Computers in Education (1999). Her B.Ed. is from Beit Berl College, majoring in education of Mathematics and Computers (1991). She has experience in managing e-learning projects and in developing, integrating, and assessing ICTs at higher education and school levels. Her areas of research include: examining innovative thinking, collaborative learning, and the use of cloud applications in higher education.
