Idit Gat is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education in Science and Technology. Her research investigates the interplay between science education, AI tools, and ethical considerations.

Idit has a teaching certificate and she received her B.A and M.A (Cum Laude) from University of Haifa, Department of Human Service.

Idit worked at the Haifa Municipality in the Educational Department within the Unit for Excellence. Her role primarily focused on empowering K-12 students through the promotion of advanced-level studies in mathematics and science education.
